Today is a coworker's bday so I made a chocolate cake last night to take in to work! This is the recipe I used:

I didn't cut the cakes into layers and I wanted to use a raspberry filling so I found this video!
Out of that I made the ganache and followed her instructions for the raspberry filling. Made things pretty easy.
Next time? I think I'll just follow the above video straight through instead of the Canadian one. I used an organic unbleached all purpose flour and the texture is a little different. Not bad. Just different. So I think I'll go out and invest in some cake flour for my next cake adventure.
Nothing remotely healthy about this cake. Just pure delicious.
